1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking services provided by PrimeNest Cleaning Services ("PrimeNest", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

PrimeNest provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning services in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. The scope of each service is determined by the specific checklist or package agreed upon during booking or quote finalization.

3. Bookings and Estimates

• All quotes and estimates provided via our website, email, or WhatsApp are based on the initial information you provide.

• We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition, size, or requirements of the property differ significantly from what was described during the quoting process.

• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official service confirmation from a PrimeNest representative.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. To help us manage our team's schedule efficiently, we request compliance with the following:

• Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Lockouts: If our cleaning team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access (due to locked doors, incorrect codes, or turned-away service), a lockout fee equivalent to a portion of the service cost may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible results, we kindly ask that you:

• Provide safe and reliable access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Secure any high-value items, cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable fragile belongings prior to our team's arrival.

• Inform us of any specific hazards, delicate surfaces, or broken items in the property before the cleaning begins.

• Ensure that any pets are safely secured or managed during the service window.

6. Compensation and Claims

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion. We will gladly return to reclean the area at no additional charge. We do not offer monetary refunds.

• Damages: Our team is fully insured and bonded, and we treat your property with the utmost care. In the rare event that something is accidentally damaged or broken during a cleaning, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion. PrimeNest will investigate and, where liable, arrange for repair or replacement. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already broken, unstable, or improperly secured.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeNest Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the performance of our cleaning services. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service session giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
